Debra is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, and the head of the Litigation Department at the Firm. She focuses on General Commercial Litigation with emphasis on Contracts Disputes, Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, Employment, Debt Recovery, Banking, among others. She also deals with general civil litigation.

Debra holds a Post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from Kampala International University.

She is a member of the East African Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.
